Privacy Policy
Last updated: 7 August 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Prizmo Studio ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects your personal data when you visit this website or purchase a product, in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (Regulation (EU) 2016/679).
1. Data Controller
The data controller responsible for your personal data is Prizmo Studio, based in the Slovak Republic. For any privacy-related question, contact us at info@prizmostudio.com.
2. What Personal Data We Collect
- Contact data you provide directly, such as your name and email address (e.g. when you email us about a custom banner commission).
- Order data processed on our behalf by our payment provider, such as your email address and purchase history, to the extent necessary to deliver your digital products.
- Technical data, such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited, collected automatically for basic site operation and, if enabled, aggregated analytics.
We do not collect or store payment card details — these are handled entirely by our payment provider (see Section 4).
3. How We Use Your Data
- To process and deliver your orders (performance of a contract, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- To respond to inquiries about custom banner commissions or support requests (Art. 6(1)(b)/(f) GDPR).
- To comply with legal and accounting obligations (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
- To maintain the security and proper functioning of the Service (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, legitimate interest).
4. Payment Data & Third-Party Processors
Payments are processed by our payment provider (Merchant of Record), which collects and processes your billing details directly, under its own privacy policy. We only receive confirmation of payment and the minimum order information needed to deliver your digital products and provide support.
5. Cookies
This site may use strictly necessary cookies required for the site and admin area to function (e.g. keeping you signed in). If we add analytics or marketing cookies in the future, we will request your consent where required by law and update this section accordingly.
6. Data Retention
We retain order-related data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described above and to meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements, after which it is deleted or anonymized.
7. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who process it on our behalf (e.g. our payment provider and hosting infrastructure), or where required by law.
8. International Transfers
Some of our service providers may process data outside the European Economic Area (EEA). Where this happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards recognized under GDPR, such as Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.
9. Your Rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you;
- Request correction of inaccurate data;
- Request erasure of your data ("right to be forgotten");
- Restrict or object to certain processing;
- Request a portable copy of your data;
- Lodge a complaint with your local data protection supervisory authority.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at info@prizmostudio.com.
10. Data Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.
11. Children's Privacy
The Service is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
